Interactive & Fun Teambuilding & Workshops

Back to school Teambuilding and Antibullying

During this time of Covid-19 -we are offering more online interactive program options for your youth.
We can help you with playful breaks, teamwork, challenges, mindfulness for students, group laughter yoga, and more!
Sessions from 15 minutes to a few hours – designed to fit your schedule and group dynamics.
Back to school
A great way to start the school year out positively is to give your class a  teambuilding session outdoors or in the gym, cafeteria or even the classroom. If back to school involves online classes- contact us for an interactive teambuilding virtual challenge session!

If you are able- a great way to get to know one another is with a hands-on experience.
Students relate well when they are involved in a unique activity that requires different skills.
Respect develops as they solve challenges as a team.
Our sessions are designed to develop cohesion and critical thinking throughout the group. This is very different than an open session at a theme park or other field trip. Our staff directs and facilitates an opportunity to make new friends and learn better ways to work together. Youth do not need to be athletic or very physical. Experiences are designed to provide thinking challenges alongside physical ones. All are designed in such a way that everyone can participate. Call us to reserve a date!
Sessions are typically held morning or afternoon. Shorter versions can be held during a class period- even held right in the classroom.

Soccer Team fun & challenges

Soccer season is starting soon and this team was excited to get going! It was great to see so many of the guys focused on being leaders. They showed how to help each other to get to the next step.

It really had me thinking about similarities to everyday life. Often we can get one step farther if we stop to ask for a hand. When with a group and also when we think we are working solo. How many times have each of us struggled  by ourselves when there might have been a person we could have asked to assist ? Creating a team may seem like alot of effort , yet it can start with simpling reaching out to those around you. The most skilled player will still need a strong team to perform at their best.

If you find yourself unable to easily reach the goal you have set- stop for a moment and look around for people and resources that are waiting for you to ask. You may be surprised at how much easier it is to reach that soccer goal, or finish a project at work or school.

Looking forward to seeing you & your ‘team’ here on course !
    Take care-

Foster care families enjoy Jockey’s “Being Family” conference and experiential activities

We were excited recently to host a group as part of Jockey’s Being Family Conference. The Adoption Resources of Wisconsin group planned and ran the event for adoptive & foster care youth and their families. The youth were able to enjoy the low ropes team challenges, while the parents participated in a workshop on Trauma Informed Care.  Smiling faces of children from 8years to 14years old, filled the open lawn by 9:00am as they got ready for teambuiding. Within a short time, smaller groups were divided up to head to the course. Each age group was able to work as a team on the challenges. It was a wonderfully warm day, and a few of us worried that some would lose interest in being active. Instead, we had to take a few stops for water and juice, just to encourage everyone to take a break! Walking across a cable while being supported by new found friends, was the highlight for one young girl. “I never thought I could do this good !” she exclaimed. That’s one of the miracles we see every day on course. Children, teens and adults doing something that didn’t know they could. With the support of a team- everything is possible!

Hope to see you on course soon!
