Mindfulness skills are proven to improve performance and reduce stress.
Youth will practice skills with our instructor in your Elementary or Intermediate classroom, during a regular class period. High school and University level student sessions can be scheduled during the day, after school, or evenings.
Each session involves a combination of learning and practice. Students are encouraged to continue to practice new skills at home and school.
Mindfulness sessions are designed as an 8-week series, held during one class period each week throughout the semester. Shorter versions of the training are available for 1, 2 or 4 sessions..
