Strong girls

Girls working together on the teamwork circuit

Just For Girls is a program of both self development and teambuilding on our challenge course. Held both indoors and outdoors, activities are designed to develop critical thinking and problem solving skills through fun activities. Girls work together learning valuable skills while having laughing and enjoying the experience. Effective communication is learned as participants are encouraged to use their voice to both ask for what they need and share their strengths with others.

Challenging yourself up high !

Hands on activity is one of the best ways to learn and the challenge course is a great place for it! These two skills are developed by design through many of our programs already. To address the needs of Girls – we have created sessions just for them. Based on the abilities of each group- we custom design activities that will help them grow. Whether your group is shy and quiet or loud and active- they will interact in new ways. Just let us know if other dynamics need focus as well.

Any group of girls- from sports teams to family or neighborhood groups- will benefit from developing problem solving skills and using their voice ! Groups can be small- just 5 or 6 people; or over 100. Through years of experienced based learning sessions- Team COA at Rogers has witnessed timid girls grow into Strong Girls!
