Programs are available for both players and coaches. Team COA will help your team build cooperative skills, develop active communication, and learn leadership. Developing these skills will bring your team to the next level!
Working on communication skills while active in something other than the sport itself, brings strong results for sports teams.
We recommend a kick-off session at the start of your season and a session to re-energize mid season. Players can participate with their Junior Varsity or Varsity teams or you can combine. Team captains can be encouraged to develop leadership while the players focus on team building.
“A cohesive and connected team performs at its best on the field, regardless of skill levels.”
To celebrate after the season, bring the team for a ‘fun day’ on course with players, coaches & family members participating in group challenges.
Awards dinners are often standard in youth sports- to change it up and add some fun, consider having an interactive program !
Partial day, morning, afternoon or after school sessions are available weekdays and weekends. Times are flexible to coordinate during or around your practice schedule.
Programs can take place at the indoor or outdoor at your site gymnasium or outdoor field. Our staff provide equipment and supplies for teamwork activities.
While the coach’s main focus is the players, developing his or her own skills improves the team’s overall performance. Our Coaches Development program will focus on leadership skills and on inter-coach communication. Best practices and coaching development is enhanced as participants work with one another on our teams challenge course.
Groups of 4-50 coaches can participate together before or during the season. Times can be custom- scheduled to work within the practice and game schedule. Occasionally, we offer an open-enrollment session for coaches. Please contact Cynthia Paris firstname.lastname@example.org
